we had a famly trip n the staff were super attentive, they even remembered it was my sons bday a few days ago, which was a sweet touch. breakfast was really good too, like so much choice! the gardens were totally beautifull. loved the chance to see animals around the place, felt like a real getaway.

the hot water was a bit off sometimes, and the wifi was kinda slow too.

I had a lovely stay at Knoll Hill. The room was spotless and well-decorated, making it feel cozy. The hosts showed genuine warmth and were super accommodating. The garden was beautiful, and it was a nice place to unwind after a day out. the mattress was a bit too soft for my preference, causing discomfort during the night. One morning I noticed a bit of noise from the skylight, which woke me up early. I also had to go to the communal kitchen for spoons, as they weren't in the room. I appreciated the friendly service and idyllic setting, but some attention to the bedding and room amenities would enhance the experience.

Just a balanced option for a brief sojourn in Frome with good value. The gardens had lovely country views and even ducks! Take a walk to the nearby pub for a nice meal.

The skylight blind didn't work how disappointing!!! Check-in was delayed, a real letdown when arriving tired!!! Some rooms could really use a modern touch!!! The Wi-Fi coverage in certain areas was frustratingly inconsistent!!!
